1. Check-in time is from 14:00 and check out time is until 12:00 as additional 50% charges apply for late check out from 12:01- 16:00 while 100% charges rate apply from 16:01.

4. Guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.

7. Regards of charge instructions, guest acknowledge that he/she is personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by him/her during stay at HALATRIA HOTELS.
8. Guest agreed that the hotel management will not be held responsible for valuable left in public area of the hotel at any time by himself/herself or visitors.
9. Food and beverages from outside are NOT allowed into the hotel. The undersigned accepts personal responsibility for all expenses in the value of property and equipment damages.
